Our blog
Fall is olive harvest. We had a bountiful harvest thisn year. We learn that it is best to press the olives the same day as they are picked to guarantee optimal quality of flavour and nutritional value. We brought our olives to the local mill and got our oil by dinner time. The freshly pressed oil just tastes....divine!
