Around Tanneron Mimosa blossoms everywhere this time of the year. In the far background some snowy peaks of the Alpes appear in between the clouds.

It's the time of the year we collect thyme flowers to dry, which will be used in the kitchen during the rest of the year.

In January-February the yellow colour of Mimosa ondulates in our landscape all around. It's delicate fragrance balming the air.
