Early morning visitor: lacewing. We welcome the lacewing because it plays an important role in the control of the olive fly, a fly that can cause problems for the olive growers like us.

Wild garlic is flowering all over the place this time of the year. The bulby root adds a subtle taste of garlic to salads and other dishes.
